Return Policy

SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOM ORDERS/PRE-ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE & NON RETURNABLE.

Store credit is offered on unworn merchandise within 5 days of the package being delivered. You must email us or submit a return request form (link below). Merchandise must be in its original condition. Not worn, no makeup stains, no perfumes, deodorant or smoke smell, no pet hair etc..  Be mindful of scents and things that can effect the clothing (i.e. candles and smoke)We are a small business and this merchandise must be resold, and has to be returned in a timely manner for resell. Please be kind and ship the returns in good packaging when returning. 

To clarify: 

You have 5 days after the date you receive your item(s) to submit a return request form or to email us to receive store credit. Customers may return any unused or unworn item(s), they must be returned within 5 days of the approved return request. 

Upon receipt of your items, we will inspect the items and we have the right to deny a return based on the condition.

Please allow 5-7 business days for the return process to be completed,

The shipping and handling fees will be the customers responsibility. 

Customers will receive store credit. Credit/debit card refunds will not be issued, unless there is a mistake on Charming Flamingos part

Please package your item(s) with care.

ALL clearance items, custom orders, and pre orders are FINAL sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
