RETURNS HAPPEN... WE GET IT!
We do not issue exchanges here at Charming Flamingos. We like to keep our inventory up to date and simple by only carrying limited quantities at one time.
You have 7 days after the date you receive your item(s) to submit a return request form to receive store credit. Customers may return any unused or unworn item(s), they must be returned within 7 days of the approved return request. If you received damaged or incorrect item(s), or are missing an item from your order. Please contact us within 7days of the delivery date.
Upon receipt of your items, we will inspect the items and we have the right to deny a return based on the condition.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the return process to be completed,
The shipping and handling fees will be the customers responsibility.
Customers will receive store credit and there will be a 15% restocking fee off of that and may place another order for a new item. Credit/debit card refunds will not be issued, unless there is a mistake on Charming Flamingos part.
Please package your item(s) with a copy of your invoice, that includes your order number and name.
ALL clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned for any reason..
